Meet our Staff

We take pride in offering full-time employment to seven individuals across our three offices, along with part-time employment for eight individuals at Lily's House. Our team also comprises a part-time accountant and a part-time office cleaner.

Angie Fanning, Executive Director (she/her/hers)

Hello, I'm Angie, and I've been part of TCC since 2016, initially joining as Shelter Support Staff. My goal was to transition into a full-time advocate role, mirroring the support I once received from Tri-County during a difficult time in my own life. I advanced from DV/SA Advocate to DV Program Coordinator, then to Legal Advocate. By 2023, I was appointed as Executive Director. The nurturing environment and values at TCC have significantly influenced my life, and I am honored to lead our team in our mission. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my son, Jax, and the best mini panther in the world, Lilo. 🖤 🐈‍⬛🖤

Timberly Martin, Assistant Director (she/her/hers)

Hello! I'm Timberly and I joined Tri-County Council in 2017 as Shelter Support staff. By 2019, I transitioned into a full-time role as an Office Manager in the administrative offices, and now I serve as the Assistant Director. While my main responsibilities don't involve direct client services, I support our advocacy and shelter staff in their daily jobs. On the personal side, I am a HUGE 90's country fan and a "weekend warrior" in my camper.

Claire, Victim Advocate (she/her/hers)

I began my journey with Tri-County in February of 2023. I currently serve as a dual advocate serving victims of either domestic violence or sexual assault. Although I am fresh on this path, I have never been more sure I am in the right place.

Hello, my name is Nicole, and I am the Sexual Assault Program Coordinator at TCC. Additionally, I will also be working with clients from the community as an Advocate. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, reading, and hanging out with my family. I am excited to be part of the Tri-County team and look forward to contributing to our continued success.

Michael, Legal Advocate/ Advocate (he/him/his)

I joined TCC in June 2024 as the Legal Advocate, and am interested in developing a thorough awareness of court proceedings and pushing for improved processes that provide better services to victims. I earned by B.S. in Sociology at Arizona State University and am interested in highlighting and addressing the systemic roots of societal injustice. I love singing and playing the guitar, piano, and drums; I enjoy watching lighthearted comedies, gritty dramas, and satire, (and I love to imagine the whole production outside of the frame: lights, cameras, microphones, crew); and “my taste in music is your face” (also when bands put chords in an order that is new and don’t have to rhyme every time they sing). I believe that everyone deserves to feel safe in their home and am excited to help make that a reality for anyone who is not yet experiencing that.

Katey, Domestic Violence Program Coordinator (she/her/hers)

I started with Tri-County Council in January 2020 as part of our shelter staff and transitioned to my advocacy role in June 2021. I currently hold an associate degree in Substance Use Counseling and Human Services and am currently continuing my educational journey. At Tri-County Council, I primarily work alongside survivors through direct client services, outreach and prevention services, and facilitating support groups within our communities, as well as within our shelter. I am passionate about healing work and working alongside others to promote personal empowerment, as we collectively strive to raise awareness. In my free time I enjoy anything outdoors and spending time on long hikes with my beautiful pup, Lila.
