We offer legal advocacy services to assist individuals in navigating the complex legal system, ensuring their rights are protected and their voices are heard.
Prevention Programs
Our programs aim to raise awareness, promote non-violence, and provide valuable information on services we offer. Many of our programs revolve around healthy relationships and boundaries.
Information & Referrals
We work with many different community partners to navigate all the resources available in our communities. We can provide information on the judicial system, housing, AODA issues, mental health issues, senior care, and more!
Safety Planning
Whether a victim chooses to stay or leave an abusive relationship advocates can provide resources, tools, and options to help victims take the next step. We understand that there are many reasons a victim may not be ready, or able, to leave an abusive relationship. We are not here to make them leave. We are here to support whatever decision they make.
Accompaniment for Emergency Forensic Exams
After a sexual assault or strangulation, you may choose to have a forensic exam done by a certified SANE nurse/examiner. Our advocates are on call to provide accompaniment, information, and support through the process following a sexual assault.
